The WVU Food Justice Lab (FJL) is seeking an intern over the 2020 spring semester for work up to 20 hours a week. Work will be conducted from the Center for Resilient Communities housed within the WVUgeography department. The intern will report to the Food Policy Director to organize and execute public outreach for the Lab including research, policy, education and rapid response to the current WV legislative session. We seek applicants with a demonstrable interest in social justice, preferably someone with a background or interest in food system issues, though this is not a requirement.
